The main house features 3 bedrooms and three full bathrooms and a spacious cottage with it’s own large, full bath. The residence features large sliding glass doors throughout which offer outstanding visibility and a natural, open-air feel. The kitchen is spacious and features a large island with lots of counter space and is fully equipped. The large lanai features a saline pool and is the perfect setting for sun-bathing or outdoor entertaining. When tradewinds become light the house features mini-split air conditioning throughout including within the cottage.

The Master bedroom in the main house features a king size bed and each of the other 3 bedrooms feature queen size beds. Each bedroom including within the cottage studio feature ceiling fans as well as large closets – the Master features a walk-in closet.

The cottage (not shown), located on an upper level behind the main house, is a large studio with the same look an feel as the main house and features the same large sliding glass doors, a queen size bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with large shower. This cozy, secluded dwelling also features a ceiling fan, mini-split air-conditioning, fridge and kitchenette (no cooking appliances).

Our home is within walking distance to the Koko Marina Shopping Center, the Hawaii Kai Library, Koko Head Stairs and Hanauma Bay.
